Sorry for the typo, didn't mean to type that and keep anyone suspended (was in a hurry). Anyhow, I did get a reply back from wilkendw and he's willing to help out and even made a great suggestion. To keep from coming in between the seller and I, he suggested I ask the seller to tow the Z to a reputable shop nearby and have them install wilkendw's starter, which has been sitting in the garage with some other odds and end Z parts. Wilkendw will also help out by giving the mechanic (wilkendw's own trusted mechanic) some of the Z's history. Hopefully, all that the Z needs is a new starter or something minor like a starter and battery low current transference problem. Finding the Z's previous owner and for him to help out is such a coincidence and great fortune for me...kind of a match made in heaven for a person wanting to buy a Z from out of state and not knowing any history or believing the seller about the Z's history! I'd like to thank Waggz again for helping me find wilkendw!
